David Shephard - My coaching approach.

My coaching
approach.

During my 35 year career, I led large product development teams and drove major process changes, including agile/lean and digital transformations, and developed innovation working models. I know how to improve collaboration and speed-to-market across corporate functions, time-zones and cultures.

If you’re facing these kinds of challenges, I’ve been in your shoes and know the questions to ask to help you find your own path to success. My business experience has been bolstered by coaching-specific training. I’ve selected best-in-class executive and team coaching tools and psychometric assessments and have become a master practitioner. My coaching toolkit is indispensable throughout the employee lifecycle, from job benchmarking, hiring and onboarding, through professional development and succession planning.

I became a coach because I enjoy helping people succeed. I would love to work with you.
